After your site is launched, you should ask for help in the #newspack-help channel in Newspack Slack.

  • For non-urgent issues, you can simply ask your question or describe your problem in that channel as you would in any other channel. (We’ve eliminated the workflow requirement as of February 2024).
  • Please provide links, screenshots, videos or other items that can help us get a first look.
  • We continue to ask that you use a Slack workflow for urgent issues.

After filing your request, the Newspack support team will work with you in the Slack message thread. Please reply in the thread.
