Once you create one or more prompts, you can manage them from the main Campaigns screen:
- Navigate to Newspack > Dashboard > Campaigns and click on the Campaigns tab. Here you’ll see a list of all of your currently active prompts, organized by segment.
- Use the campaign filter dropdown to manage prompts in specific campaigns. A green bar to the left of the prompt means it’s active and visible to readers who match the prompt’s segment (or everyone, if not assigned to a segment); a gray bar means inactive, only visible when previewing as an admin.
- Click the “Preview Segment” button in each segment header to preview your site as a reader who matches that segment. The system will show inactive and active prompts that match the selected segment in the preview window.
- Use the
menu to the right of each prompt to see quick actions such as previewing the prompt by itself, activating or deactivating it, or deleting it. Click Edit here or click on the prompt’s title to make changes to the prompt in the editor.
- Use the
menu to open a modal and edit the prompt’s settings. This is similar to Quick Edit on Posts, where you can make changes and assignments without opening the prompt in the editor.
- You can restore deleted prompts by selecting “Trash” from the filter menu.
