Change a subscription to manual payment

If a member asks to disable automatic payments but doesn’t necessarily want to cancel, follow these steps:

1. Go to WooCommerce → Subscriptions.
2. Click the ID of the subscription you want to change to Edit Subscription.
3. Click the pencil icon next to the Billing Details section to activate edit access to that section.
4. Click the Payment Method selection box at the bottom of Billing Details.
5. Choose Manual Renewal.
6. Click Update to save the subscription. 

Set a subscription to cancel on the end date

If a member asks to cancel on the subscription end date (not immediately):

1. Go to WooCommerce → Subscriptions administration screen.
2. Click the ID of the subscription you want to change to open the Edit Subscriptions screen.
3. In the Subscription status drop-down list, select Pending Cancellation. 
4. Click Update to save the subscription.
